Write a request specifying the name of the programme along with a demand draft for Rs 350/- (Rs 300/- towards cost of application and Rs 50/- towards postage) to be drawn in favour of,

However, the cost of application for Rs 300/- by means of demand draft shall be enclosed, failing which the application will be summarily rejected.
